                        Investing In and Guiding Students, Rutgers
                        University

Co-sponsored by the Center for Women and Work (CWW) and the Institute for Women’s Leadership, WINGS is a college-to-career mentoring program designed to link selected Rutgers female students with successful professional women as mentors.

Through an eight-month relationship, WINGS students build a network of valuable professional connections and get an understanding about workplace culture and work/life balance issues.

Who should apply for Academic Year 2012-2013:

  • Deloitte & Touche, one of the nation’s leading professional services firms, is accepting applications from women students who:
    a) will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors in AY11-12
    b) are or plan to be an Accounting major
    c) have at least a 3.0. GPA and
    d) are interested in pursuing a career at a big accounting firm.

  • Johnson & Johnson, world's premier consumer health company that embraces research and science, bringing innovative ideas, products and services to advance the health and well-being of people, is accepting applications from women students who:
    a) will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors in AY11-12

    c) all majors are welcome.
